Enterprise Customer Success Manager

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring Europe’s most successful retail and hospitality companies can continue thriving by fully leveraging SameSystem as a core part of their operations.

  • Build strong relationships with Europe’s leading retail and hospitality companies, acting as a trusted advisor for their operational success.
  • Address customers’ immediate needs while understanding their long-term business challenges, identifying solutions that leverage SameSystem’s tools.
  • Use your project management skills to coordinate across teams, manage priorities, and deliver on customer timelines.
  • Collaborate with our Product Team to ensure customer needs are reflected in SameSystem’s solutions

Teamlead for a small Customer Success team

The Customer Success department is split into small agile teams (about 4 people) that work closely together. The team works with shared and individual KPIs and have the empowerment to implement new initiatives by themselves. As Teamlead, we expect you to:

  • Take responsibility for your own KPIs and the team’s KPIs.
  • Be a leader for your team, drive performance talks (no salary talks), and help them grow as Customer Success Managers.
  • Align with management and the other Teamleads on future infinitives for the Customer Success teams and department as a whole.

Team optimisations

Our Customer Success Team is pivotal to ensure that we create long-standing relationship with our customers and to drive lasting value. You will take on ownership of strategic initiatives within the Customer Success Department, addressing areas critical to both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. These could include:

  • Implementations: Streamline onboarding from sales handover to go-live, ensuring clarity for both customers and internal teams.
  • Integrations: Identify customer integration needs and collaborate with the integration team to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Customer Feedback: Develop structured methods to capture and act on customer input, helping shape our product roadmap.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, account management, or a similar role with enterprise customers in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities, oversee complex projects, and deliver on time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and align diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset to address immediate challenges and deliver long-term solutions.
  • Experience improving and optimising processes like implementation, integrations, or customer feedback collection.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
